How to help relive some symptoms of asthma with herbs

How to help relive some symptoms of asthma with herbs
Relax your bronchial smooth muscle with lobelia. These herbs is very powerful. Occasional use should provide the desired effects. but a doctor should always be consulted.

Herbs
(now these are just a few)

Anise Seed (tea)
A teaspoon of freshly ground anise seed brewed into a tea can help relieve congestion from allergies, colds, or flu. Antispasmodic, expectorant.
Burdock Root (decoction, soups)
Nourishing and stabilizing, tones and normalizes. Strengthens immune system, anti-inflammatory. Another great food/herb for people with asthma.
 Coltsfoot (infusion)
Treats asthma, dry cough and bronchitis. Expectorant, anti-tussive, anti-spasmodic, demulcent, anti-catarrh. I use this herb when I am sick! A tea of the leaves and flowers can be helpful for lung ailments such as bronchitis, asthma, whooping cough, and sore throat.
Echinacea (tincture)
Immune stimulant at the first sign of illness. It is important for people with asthma to stay strong and prevent illness. Anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory.
Elderberry (tea or infusion) (remember Polkberry looks like elderberry but can kill!)
Immune system builder - tones mucus membranes, wards off viruses, anti-infectious, expectorant, relaxant.
Honeysuckle (tea or infusion)
Anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic. The "Echinacea of Chinese Medicine". For colds, flu, bronchitis and pneumonia. Tastes kinda bitter. Try crumbling the herb and filling your own capsules with it.
Nettles (infusion)
Important, everyday nourisher and immune booster - packed with minerals, vitamins, and protein. Tones the lungs. Anti-inflammatory, boosts immune system, allergies. I drink my Nettle Infusion everyday! Another very nutrient-dense herb.
 Red Clover (tea or infusion)
Blood purifier, overall nourisher, expectorant, antispasmodic. Another great "everyday" tea for asthmatics.
Thyme (tea or infusion)
Anti-viral, anti-bacterial, expectorant, anti-tussive. Great for respiratory infections, allergies, asthma, colds, and coughs. Encourages coughing up of phlegm and stops spasms of the bronchial passages. One of my favorites for illness.

now there are many others but these I think are more easy to find ones. And remember you doctor is a must! And your meds are to but to know this for emergency is a good thing!

A few others things

Eliminate chest congestion by using mullein oil. For immediate effects, take mullein oil in a tea or in juice form.

Prevent inflammation in your air passages by taking garlic. The active ingredient in garlic is alliin. It's a powerful antibiotic that suppresses the enzyme responsible for inflammation.

Use primrose oil, also known as evening primrose, to combat inflammation. Primrose oil contains essential fatty acids needed in the production of propagandist.

*****Remember to always consult your doctor, and never stop using directed medication.
