At some point I will try to organize all of this and do a free pdf once I get enough of it written.
Basic foot care is a must in shtf situation. Learning some simple foot care things is an important thing. Keeping it simple is even better. As you will notice garlic (an easy to grow herb) is key for many basic medical issues.
How to Treat a Fungal Infection With Herbal Remedies.
Liquefy raw garlic in a blender or mash well with a fork. Apply to the affected area with a cotton ball or swab three times daily. Ingesting garlic can also be beneficial, but applying it externally yields faster results.

Apply a few drops of tea tree oil directly to the fungal infection three times daily. If you have sensitive skin, dilute it with a few drops of vegetableoil. Tea tree oil should not be ingested.
How to Treat Toenail Fungus Naturally
Soak the affected toenails for 15 minutes daily in a basin with a mixture of half warm water and half natural apple cider vinegar. You can also put pure, undiluted vinegar on the nail with a medicine dropper two or three times daily.

Make light grooves in the affected toenails with a nail file and rub vapor rub into the top of the toenail. Do this several times a day for several days. The grooves will help the vapor rub penetrate the nail. Or even try soaking your toes in antiseptic mouth wash daily after a each shower.

Putting a few freshgarlic cloves in the toes of a pair of socks and sleep in them at night or crush some fresh garlic and put it directly on the affected nails.
Swollen feet (edema)
Herbs for swollen feet can improve the circulation and help with water retention.
You can use these herbs in the form of tinctures, teas, and foot soaks.
Parsley, Dandelion and Peppermint can be simply put in hot water to soak your feet in. You can mash it and make a paste to rub on your feet and or you can even drink it in a tea form to help you body with the water retention.
